1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MirrAi ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Moraalink ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered under the laws of The Netherlands, governing your access to and use of the MirrAi mobile application, its website, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and delete the App from your device.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to access or use the Service.
- By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you are between the ages of 16 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and consents to your use of the Service, including any in-app purchases.
- We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where we reasonably believe the User does not meet the minimum age requirement.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In authentication ("Account"). By registering, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
- You agree to notify us immediately at service@moraalink.com of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
- You may not create more than one Account per person. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
3.1 User Profile and Username
You may set a display name and username for your profile. You agree that your username and profile information shall not:
- Impersonate any person, entity, or organization;
- Contain offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language;
- Infringe upon any third party's trademark or intellectual property rights;
- Be misleading or deceptive in any manner.
We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove any username at our sole discretion without prior notice or compensation.
4. Description of the Service
MirrAi is an AI-powered platform that provides the following features and functionalities:
4.1 Virtual Try-On ("Dress Up")
Users may upload photographs of themselves ("User Photos") and photographs of clothing, accessories, or other apparel items ("Garment Images"). Our AI technology generates composite images simulating how the selected items would appear on the User ("Try-On Results").
4.2 AI Image Generation ("Imagine")
Users may input text-based prompts and optional reference images to generate AI-created artwork and images ("Generated Images"). The AI interprets user prompts and produces visual content accordingly.
4.3 AI Image Editing
Users may apply AI-powered edits, modifications, and enhancements to photos and generated images.
4.4 Gallery and Saving
Users may save Try-On Results, Generated Images, and edited content to their personal in-app gallery for future access.
4.5 Social Sharing and Community ("Social")
Users may share their content externally (to third-party platforms) and internally by posting to the MirrAi Community feed, where other users may view, like, and interact with shared content.
4.6 Product Discovery and Shopping ("Try & Buy")
The Service displays third-party product listings from external retailers and marketplaces. Users may browse, view, and click through to external websites to purchase products. See Section 11 for full disclaimers regarding third-party products and services.
All features of the Service consume Credits (as defined in Section 7) and are subject to availability.
5. AI Technology Disclaimers
The Service utilizes advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies, including but not limited to services provided by OpenAI, Microsoft (Azure), and Google (Gemini/Vertex AI), to process images and generate content.
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Experimental and Evolving Technology: The Service relies on rapidly evolving AI technology that is inherently imperfect. All AI-generated content — including Try-On Results, Generated Images, and edited content — are digital simulations and approximations only.
- No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated results may not accurately reflect real-world physics, body proportions, fabric texture, color, sizing, fit, or appearance. You must not rely on any AI output as a precise representation of how any item will look in reality.
- AI Artifacts and Errors: The AI may produce visual errors, distortions, hallucinations, anomalies, or unexpected artifacts in any generated or edited image. Such imperfections are an inherent limitation of current AI technology and do not constitute a defect in the Service.
- No Guarantee of Availability: Because we depend on third-party AI providers, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any AI-powered features. Third-party provider outages, API changes, or policy updates may temporarily or permanently affect Service functionality without prior notice.
- Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that all AI-generated content is provided "AS IS" and that you use such content entirely at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any decisions you make based on AI-generated output, including but not limited to purchasing decisions.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and misuse of the Service. You are expressly prohibited from:
6.1 Prohibited Content
Uploading, generating, saving, sharing, posting, or distributing any content that:
- Contains nudity, pornography, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind;
- Depicts or promotes violence, gore, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or extremism;
- Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Uses photographs, likenesses, or personal data of other individuals without their explicit, informed consent — including but not limited to the creation of deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or identity manipulation;
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights of any third party;
- Contains content that is defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- Depicts or involves minors in any inappropriate, suggestive, or exploitative context;
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App;
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service;
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service, including content moderation systems and content access controls;
- Attempt to access, view, download, or scrape content belonging to other users, including by guessing, brute-forcing, or enumerating content URLs or storage identifiers;
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent;
- Sell, transfer, license, or assign your Account or Credits to any third party;
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service to gain unauthorized credits, access, or advantages;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
- Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, mislead, or manipulate any person or entity;
- Upload any malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the Service.
7. Content Moderation and Account Termination
To ensure the safety and integrity of the Service and its community, we employ both automated AI-powered moderation systems and manual human review to screen uploaded content, generated content, profile information, and community posts.
Moraalink reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove, block, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice;
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Account if you violate any provision of these Terms, with particular emphasis on violations of Section 6 (Prohibited Content and Conduct);
- Preserve and disclose any information (including account data, uploaded images, and generated content) if we believe in good faith that such preservation or disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce these Terms, respond to claims of content violations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Moraalink, its users, or the public;
- Report illegal content and associated user data to law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the User;
- Restrict or limit access to specific features or functionalities of the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal. We are under no obligation to provide reasons for moderation actions or to restore removed content.
8. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy
8.1 Credit System
MirrAi operates on a credit-based model. Certain features and AI-powered functions within the Service require the expenditure of virtual credits ("Credits"). Credits are consumed each time you use a paid feature (e.g., generating a virtual try-on, creating an AI image, or editing a photo).
8.2 Obtaining Credits
You may obtain Credits through the following methods:
- Complimentary Credits: Upon creating a new Account, you may receive a limited number of free Credits as a one-time welcome bonus. The amount is determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice.
- Watching Advertisements: You may earn additional free Credits by viewing third-party advertisements within the App. The availability, frequency, and Credit reward for ad views are determined at our sole discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Purchasing Credits: You may purchase Credit packages ("Top-ups") through the Google Play Store at the prices listed within the App. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8.3 Nature of Credits
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits are a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, revocable license to access certain features of the Service;
- Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, converted into any currency, or exchanged outside the Service;
- Credits are non-transferable — you may not sell, gift, trade, barter, or transfer Credits to any other person or Account;
- Credits are tied to your Account and cannot be transferred between Accounts;
- We reserve the right to modify Credit pricing, Credit consumption rates, and bonus Credit offerings at any time without prior notice;
- Unused Credits have no expiration date under normal circumstances; however, Credits are immediately and irrevocably forfeited upon Account termination (whether initiated by you or by us).
8.4 Purchases and Final Sale Policy
ALL PURCHASES OF CREDITS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All Credit purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies.
- Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except as strictly required by Google Play's refund policies or mandatory provisions of applicable Dutch or EU consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
- Credits are consumed upon use. A Credit spent on generating an image is non-refundable regardless of whether the AI output meets your expectations. You accept that AI-generated results are inherently variable and that an unsatisfactory result does not entitle you to a refund or Credit restoration.
8.5 Forfeiture of Credits Upon Ban or Termination
IMPORTANT — NO REFUNDS ON ACCOUNT TERMINATION:
If your Account is suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of these Terms — including but not limited to uploading prohibited, pornographic, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content, or engaging in prohibited conduct — you immediately and irrevocably forfeit ALL remaining Credits, purchased or otherwise, and all associated virtual items. You are NOT entitled to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement of any kind for forfeited Credits or unused value.
8.6 Account Deletion by User
If you choose to voluntarily delete your Account, all remaining Credits (whether purchased or earned for free) will be permanently and irrevocably forfeited at the time of deletion. No refunds will be issued for unused Credits upon voluntary Account deletion. It is your sole responsibility to use your Credits before deleting your Account.
9. User Content and Intellectual Property
9.1 Your Content
"User Content" refers to all photographs, images, text prompts, profile information, and any other materials that you upload, submit, create, or share through the Service.
- You retain ownership of any original photographs you upload (e.g., your personal photos and garment photos), subject to the license granted below.
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and use all User Content, and that your User Content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
- You are solely and entirely responsible for all User Content that you upload, generate, save, share, or post through the Service.
9.2 License Grant to Moraalink
By uploading, submitting, or creating any User Content through the Service, you grant Moraalink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, display, distribute, and transmit your User Content solely for the purposes of:
- Operating, providing, and improving the Service;
- Processing your images through AI algorithms to generate Try-On Results, Generated Images, and edited content;
- Displaying your content within the Community feed (if you choose to post);
- Content moderation and safety enforcement;
- Complying with legal obligations.
This license survives termination of your Account solely for the purposes of legal compliance and content moderation enforcement.
9.3 AI-Generated Content Ownership
With respect to content generated by the Service's AI features (including Try-On Results, Generated Images, and edited images):
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AI-generated content for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;
- We make no representations or warranties regarding the intellectual property status of AI-generated content. AI output may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or the likeness of real individuals;
- You acknowledge that identical or substantially similar AI outputs may be generated for other users who provide similar inputs;
- You assume all risk and liability associated with your use, reproduction, distribution, or publication of AI-generated content outside the Service;
- Moraalink retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated AI-generated content for service improvement, research, and promotional purposes.
9.4 Data Storage and Content URLs
User Content (including uploaded photos, generated images, and saved content) is stored on cloud-based servers operated by third-party infrastructure providers. Each User's content is stored under unique, system-generated identifiers to segregate and obscure individual data. However:
- You acknowledge and accept that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we employ commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data — including the use of unique, non-guessable content identifiers and access controls — we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of your stored content against unauthorized access, interception, loss, destruction, or disclosure;
- You understand that content URLs, even when obscured through unique identifiers, may be exposed if you share them with third parties, if your device is compromised, or through circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- Moraalink shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of your User Content stored on our servers or those of our infrastructure providers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law;
- You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of any content that is important to you. We do not guarantee the permanent availability or recoverability of any stored content;
- By uploading content to the Service, you accept the inherent risks associated with cloud-based data storage and Internet transmission.
9.5 Community Content
If you choose to post content to the MirrAi Community feed:
- You grant us and other users of the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, display, and interact with (e.g., like) your posted content within the App;
- You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly;
- We reserve the right to remove any community post at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to posts that receive negative reports, violate our content standards, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate;
- We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any User Content posted to the Community.
9.6 Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including but not limited to its software, source code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names ("MirrAi," "Moraalink"), and all related branding — is the exclusive property of Moraalink and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Moraalink.
10. External Sharing
The Service may allow you to share AI-generated content to third-party platforms (e.g., social media, messaging apps). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Once you share content outside the App, you are solely responsible for such content and its use on external platforms;
- Moraalink has no control over and assumes no responsibility for how external platforms or third parties use, display, or redistribute your shared content;
- You must comply with the terms of service and content policies of any third-party platform to which you share content;
- You shall not misrepresent AI-generated content as real photographs or use shared content to deceive, mislead, defraud, or harm any person or entity;
- Moraalink disclaims all liability arising from your sharing of any content outside the Service.
11. Third-Party Products, Services, and Links
11.1 Product Listings ("Try & Buy")
The Service may display product listings, prices, images, and descriptions sourced from third-party retailers and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon and other external stores). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Moraalink is NOT a seller, retailer, or vendor of any physical products displayed within the App. We act solely as an information aggregator and referral service;
- All product information — including prices, availability, descriptions, images, and reviews — is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product listing;
- When you click on a product link or "Visit Store" button, you will be redirected to a third-party website. Any transaction you complete on such a website is solely between you and the third-party retailer;
- Moraalink is not responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to: product quality, defects, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, warranties, or any other aspect of a transaction with a third-party retailer;
- Product listings within the App may contain affiliate links, meaning Moraalink may receive a commission or referral fee from third-party retailers. This does not affect the price you pay;
- Virtual try-on results are AI simulations and do not guarantee that any actual product will match the depicted appearance, fit, color, or style.
11.2 Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Google (authentication, analytics, AI), OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, and advertising networks. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
12. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Third-party advertisements may be displayed within the App, including rewarded ads that offer free Credits;
- Moraalink is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party advertisement;
- Clicking on or engaging with advertisements may redirect you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies;
- Third-party ad networks may collect certain device and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection by advertising partners;
- The availability and frequency of rewarded ads (ads watched in exchange for Credits) are controlled by third-party ad networks and may vary. We do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MORAALINK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
- ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE SECURITY, INTEGRITY, OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER CONTENT OR DATA STORED ON OUR SERVERS OR THE SERVERS OF OUR THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO DATA STORAGE SYSTEM IS IMPERVIOUS TO BREACH AND THAT YOU UPLOAD AND STORE CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK;
- ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, PRODUCT LISTING, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE;
- ANY WARRANTY THAT AI-GENERATED VIRTUAL TRY-ON RESULTS WILL ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE ACTUAL APPEARANCE, FIT, COLOR, OR QUALITY OF ANY REAL-WORLD PRODUCT.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Moraalink, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunities, personal injury, or emotional distress, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory — even if Moraalink has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL MORAALINK'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount you have paid to Moraalink in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty euros (EUR 50.00).
- Moraalink shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (i) your reliance on AI-generated content; (ii) any third-party product purchased through links in the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of your data or User Content, regardless of cause; (iv) actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including cloud infrastructure and storage providers; (v) your violation of these Terms; (vi) any User Content uploaded, created, or shared by you or other users; or (vii) any security incident, data breach, or unauthorized data exposure affecting our servers or third-party infrastructure.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moraalink, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or access to the Service;
- Any User Content you upload, create, generate, save, share, or post through the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
- Your violation or infringement of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
- Any unauthorized use of your Account;
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party;
- Your use of AI-generated content outside the Service, including any claims of defamation, infringement, or deception;
- Any dispute between you and a third-party retailer arising from a purchase made through the Service's product listings.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your Account.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you shall also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
16.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at service@moraalink.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through informal communication.
16.3 Jurisdiction
If an informal resolution is not reached, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Netherlands.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Moraalink.
17. Force Majeure
Moraalink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, government actions, regulatory changes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, third-party service provider outages (including AI provider downtime), strikes, or labor disputes.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App (e.g., an in-app notification).
Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete your Account.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moraalink regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
19.3 No Waiver
