If you wish to delete your MirrAi account and permanently remove all your data, you can do so using one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete via App
You can delete your account directly within the MirrAi application:
- Log in to the MirrAi application.
- Tap the 3-dot menu icon.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
Option 2: Email Request
You can also request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Send an email to service@moraalink.com.
- Please use the subject line: "Delete My Account".
- Include your registered email address in the message body.
Important: Upon completion of either method, your account and all associated information will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
